ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem keamanan dapur berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) di Lotte Grosir, dengan fokus pada deteksi dini kebocoran gas LPG menggunakan sensor MQ-5 dan pengendalian akses pintu otomatis menggunakan sensor Infrared. Sistem ini di rancang untuk memberikan notifikasi real-time melalui aplikasi Telegram, sehingga meningkatkan responsivitas terhadap situasi darurat. Metode penelitian meliputi perancangan sistem, pengumpulan data sensor, pengujian prototipe, dan validasi data. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat meningkatkan tingkat keselamatan dan efisiensi operasional di dapur Lotte Grosir melalui deteksi kebocoran gas yang cepat dan akurat, serta pengendalian akses pintu otomatis.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based kitchen security system at Lotte Grosir, focusing on early detection of LPG gas leaks using the MQ5 sensor and automatic door access control using an Infrared sensor. This system is designed to provide real-time notifications via the Telegram application, thereby increasing responsiveness to emergency situations. The research methods include system design, sensor data collection, prototype testing, and data validation. The results of the study are expected to improve the level of safety and operational efficiency in the Lotte Grosir kitchen through fast and accurate gas leak detection, as well as automatic door access control.
