Analisis Sentimen Ulasan Aplikasi Shopee pada Google Playstore Menggunakan Metode KNN
ABSTRAK
Pertumbuhan e-commerce di Indonesia, seperti Shopee, semakin pesat. Ulasan pengguna di Google Playstore dapat memberikan gambaran kualitas layanan aplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen ulasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi Shopee menggunakan metode K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN). Data ulasan dikategorikan menjadi sentimen positif dan negatif. Metode Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) digunakan untuk ekstraksi fitur, sementara KNN diterapkan sebagai algoritma klasifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, model KNN mencapai akurasi sebesar 81,27%. Model menunjukkan performa precision untuk kelas negatif (0,65) dan untuk kelas positif dengan precision 0,84, recall 0,93, serta f1-score 0,88. Ini menunjukkan bahwa model efektif dalam mendeteksi ulasan positif. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengembang aplikasi meningkatkan kualitas layanan berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna.

ABSTRACT
The growth of e-commerce in Indonesia, such as Shopee, is accelerating. User reviews on Google Playstore can provide an overview of the quality of application services. This research aims to analyze the sentiment of user reviews of the Shopee application using the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) method. Review data is categorized into positive and negative sentiments. The Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) method is used for feature extraction, while KNN is applied as the classification algorithm. Based on the analysis results, the KNN model achieved an accuracy of 81.27%. The model showed precision performance for the negative class (0.65) and for the positive class with precision 0.84, recall 0.93, and f1-score 0.88. This shows that the model is effective in detecting positive reviews. This research is expected to help app developers improve service quality based on user feedback.
