ABSTRAK
Proses keputusan menjadi asisten dosen secara manual seringkali memakan waktu dan rawan terjadi kesalahan dalam penilaian. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah apliksai otomatisasi keputusan menjadi asisten dosen berbasis website dengan metode profile matching dan saw. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memudahkan proses seleksi dengan mengotomatisasi penilaian kandidat berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, seperti kemampuan akademik, keterampilan, pengalaman, dan sikap. Metode profile matching digunakan untuk mencocokkan profil kandidat dengan kriteria yang diinginkan sehingga hasil seleksi menjadi lebih objektif dan efisien dan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) menjadi pendukung dari metode profile matching karena metode SAW dapat menghitung total nilai dari hasil proses profile matching lalu metode Saw akan memproses dengan memberikan peringkat tertinggi terhadap total/skor nilai tertinggi calon asisten dosen. Dalam perancangan sistem ini, diimplementasikan berbagai fitur seperti input data kandidat, penilaian otomatis, serta pemberian hasil akhir berdasarkan bobot kriteria. Adapun hasil dari penelitian kami dapat berguna dalam membantu pihak universitas atau fakultas dalam menyederhanakan proses seleksi asisten dosen serta meningkatkan akurasi dan keadilan dalam penilaian.

ABSTARCT
The decision process to become a lecturer assistant manually is often time-consuming and prone to errors in assessment. Therefore, this study aims to design an application for automating decisions to become a website-based lecturer assistant with profile matching and saw methods. This system is designed to facilitate the selection process by automating the assessment of candidates based on predetermined criteria, such as academic ability, skills, experience, and attitude. The profile matching method is used to match the candidate's profile with the desired criteria so that the selection results become more objective and efficient and the Saw method (Simple Additive Weighting) is a supporter of the profile matching method because the Saw method can calculate the total value of the results of the profile matching process, then the SAW method will process by giving the highest rating to the total/highest score of prospective lecturer assistants. In the planning of this system, various features such as candidate data input, automatic assessment, and provision of final results based on the weight of criteria are implemented. The results of our research can be useful in assisting universities or faculties in simplifying the selection process for assistant lecturers and increasing accuracy and fairness in assessment.
