ABSTRAK
Di era perkembangan yang pesat ini sebuah perusahaan industri selalu dituntut untuk terus meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi operasionalnya sehingga dapat mencapai hasil produksi dan penjualan yang maksimal, salah satunya adalah perusahaan Sari Roti, dimana Sari Roti didirikan sebagai sebuah perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing dengan nama PT Nippon Indosari Corporation, dengan mengoperasikan pabrik pertama di Cikarang, Jawa Barat. Vehicle routing problem (VRP) adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk masalah masalah dalam menentukan rute pengiriman yang melibatkan serangkaian rute kendaraankendaraan yang berpusat pada satu perusahaan untuk melayani pelanggan yang tersebar diberbagai area pengiriman dengan permintaannya masing-masing. Solusi yang dihasilkan VRP adalah berbagai rute transportasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan, dimana kendaraan berangkat dari kantor utama, kemudian sampai di tempat pelanggan dan kembali ke kantor. Mengopyimasikan jalur penjualan sari roti menggunakan metode Vehicle routing problem (VRP). Aplikasi Optimasi Jalur Penjualan Sari Roti Berbasis WEB Mengguanakan Metode Vehicle routing problem (VRP) yang dirancang telah dapat membantu kinerja kurir dengan cepat dan baik. Dimana simulasi aplikasi terdiri dari halaman admin untuk mengolah data kurier, lokasi pengantaran dan jadwal pengantaran sedangkan user kurir digunakan oleh kurir dalam proses pengantaran.

ABSTRACT
In this era of rapid development, an industrial company is always required to continue to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its operations so that it can achieve maximum production and sales results, one of which is the Sari Roti company, where Sari Roti was established as a foreign investment company under the name PT Nippon Indosari. Corporation, by operating its first faktory in Cikarang, West Java. Vehicle routing problem (VRP) is one of the methods used for problems in determining delivery routes which involve a series of vehicle routes centered on one company to serve customers spread across various shipping areas with their respective requests. The solution produced by VRP is various transportation routes to meet customer needs, where vehicles depart from the main office, then arrive at the customer's place and return to the office. Optimizing the sales path of cider bread using the Vehicle routing problem (VRP) method. WEB Based Sari Roti Sales Path Optimization Application Using the Vehicle routing problem (VRP) method which is designed to help couriers perform quickly and well. Where the application simulation consists of an admin page to process courier data, delivery locations and delivery schedules while the courier user is used by the courier in the delivery process.
