ABSTRAK
Masalah yang terkait dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengetahui tingkat usability apliaksi shopee dan tokopedia berdasarkan pengalaman pengguna yang ada di kota Makassar dengan menggunakan metode SUS (System Usability Scale). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aspek apa saja yang berpengaruh dalam menentukan tingkat usability dan solusi yang di ambil dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis perbandingan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner untuk memperoleh data dan diolah menggunakan metode SUS (System Usability Scale). Pada penelitian ini, hasil perbandingan score SUS yaitu shopee dengan jumlah responden 50, score SUS 76 dan interpretasi termasuk dalam kategori acceptable pada acceptability ranges mendapatkan grade scale B. Tokopedia dengan jumlah responden 50, score SUS 76 dan interpretasi termasuk dalam kategori acceptable pada acceptability ranges mendapatkan grade scale B, Dengan hasil yang di dapatkan disimpulkan bahwa Shopee dan Tokopedia memiliki tingkat usabilitas yang setara, Shopee maupun Tokopedia memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang baik dalam aspek efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan, serta telah memenuhi standar kualitas dalam kategori acceptable berdasarkan metode System Usability Scale (SUS).

ABSTRACT
The problem related to this study is how to determine the level of usability of the Shopee and Tokopedia applications based on user experience in the city of Makassar using the SUS (System Usability Scale) method. This study aims to determine what aspects influence the level of usability and the solution taken in this study is to use comparative analysis by distributing questionnaires to obtain data and processed using the SUS (System Usability Scale) method. In this study, the results of the SUS score comparison are Shopee with 50 respondents, a SUS score of 76 and an interpretation included in the acceptable category in the acceptability ranges getting a grade scale B. Tokopedia with 50 respondents, a SUS score of 76 and an interpretation included in the acceptable category in the acceptability ranges getting a grade scale B, With the results obtained it is concluded that Shopee and Tokopedia have an equivalent level of usability, Shopee and Tokopedia provide a good user experience in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction, and have met quality standards in the acceptable category based on the System Usability Scale (SUS) method.
