Analisis User Experience Website Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka Menggunakan Metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ)
ABSTRAK
Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis web program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM), yang memberi mahasiswa kesempatan untuk kuliah di universitas lain di Indonesia. Meskipun website PMM dirancang untuk membantu peserta berkomunikasi dan adminstrasi, masih ada masalah dengan pengalaman pengguna (User Experience/UX), seperti navigasi yang membingungkan, desain yang tidak begitu mudah dipahami, dan keterbatasan responsivitas. Dalam penelitian ini, metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) digunakan untuk menganalisis situs web PMM menggunakan enam elemen: daya tarik, kejelasan, efisiensi, ketetapan, insentif, dan kebaruan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aspek kejelasan menerima skor tertinggi yaitu 1,44, sedangkan aspek efisiensi menerima skor terendah yaitu -0,43, yang menunjukkan bahwa pengguna mungkin kesulitan menyelesaikan tugas dengan cepat. Secara umum, kualitas pragmatis mengungguli kualitas hedonis, tetapi efisiensi dan inovasi masih perlu ditingkatkan. Diharapkan penelitian ini akan membantu pengembang meningkatkan UX website PMM, guna mendukung efektivitas program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the website of the Merdeka Student Exchange (PMM) program, which gives students the opportunity to study at other universities in Indonesia. Although the PMM website is designed to help participants communicate and administrate, there are still problems with the user experience (UX), such as confusing navigation, a design that is not so easy to understand, and limited responsiveness. In this study, the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method was used to analyze the PMM website using six elements: attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Results showed that the perspicuity aspect received the highest score at 1.44, while the efficiency aspect received the lowest score at -0.43, indicating that users may have difficulty completing tasks quickly. In general, pragmatic quality outperforms hedonic quality, but efficiency and innovativeness still need to be improved. It is hoped that this research will help developers improve the UX of the PMM website, in order to support the effectiveness of the Merdeka Student Exchange program.
