ABSTRAK
Cahaya Bone adalah Perusahaan Otobus (PO) milik Kalla Group yang menyediakan layanan transportasi antar kota di Sulawesi. Cahaya Bone secara rutin melakukan pengecekan kondisi bus untuk menilai kelayakan operasi bus, karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat suatu sistem menggunakan metode SMART untuk menentukan kelayakan operasi bus Cahaya Bone. Perhitungan Metode SMART meliputi tiga kriteria yaitu Unsur Teknis Utama, Unsur Teknis Penunjang dan Unsur Administrasi. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode SMART, bus yang layak beroperasi sebanyak 32 bus dan sebanyak 9 bus yang harus diperbaiki atau melengkapi unsur-unsur yang belum ada, sebelum masuk kategori layak beroperasi.

ABSTRACT
Cahaya Bone is a bus company (PO) owned by Kalla Group that provides intercity transportation services in Sulawesi. Cahaya Bone routinely checks the condition of the bus to assess the feasibility of bus operations, therefore the purpose of this study is to create a system using the SMART method to determine the feasibility of Cahaya Bone bus operations. The SMART method calculation includes three criteria, namely Main Technical Elements, Supporting Technical Elements and Administrative Elements. Based on the calculation results using the SMART method, there are 32 buses that are fit to operate and 9 buses that must be repaired or complete elements that are not yet there, before entering the category of being fit to operate.
