ABSTRAK
Pengarsipan paspor adalah proses penyimpanan paspor yang telah dicetak dan akan disimpan kedalam loker yang ada sebelum diambil oleh pemohon. Proses pengarsipan paspor merupakan hal yang penting, hal ini dilakukan untuk mempermudah petugas dalam pencarian paspor pemohon pada saat ingin diambil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sebuah sistem pengarsipan paspor berbasis web yang memanfaatkan teknologi QR Code serta terintegrasi dengan WhatsApp Gateway. Dengan adanya pemanfaatan QR Code, diharapkan proses pengarsipan menjadi lebih akurat dan efisien karena petugas hanya perlu memindai kode untuk menyimpan data paspor ke dalam sistem. Sementara itu, integrasi dengan WhatsApp Gateway memungkinkan sistem untuk mengirimkan notifikasi otomatis kepada pemohon saat paspor mereka telah selesai diarsipkan dan siap diambil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk menguji fungsionalitas sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang berhasil diuji dan integrasi API WhatApp Gateway berhasil diterapkan pada perancangan sistem yang dibuat.

ABSTRACT
Passport filing is the process of storing passports that have been printed and will be stored in an existing locker before being taken by the applicant. The passport filing process is important, this is done to make it easier for officers to find the applicant's passport when they want to be taken. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based passport filing system that utilizes QR Code technology and is integrated with WhatsApp Gateway. With the utilization of the QR Code, it is hoped that the archiving process will be more accurate and efficient because officers only need to scan the code to save passport data into the system. Meanwhile, integration with WhatsApp Gateway allows the system to send automatic notifications to applicants when their passports have been archived and are ready for pickup. This research uses the Black Box Testing method to test the functionality of the system. The test results show that the designed system was successfully tested and the WhatApp Gateway API integration was successfully applied to the system design made.
