Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Chatbot untuk Layanan Costumer Service pada PT Zivtech Indonesia
ABSTRAK
PT Zivtech Indonesia bergerak dibidang IT dan penyedia jasa di antaranya yaitu jasa pembuatan social media management, android development, website development, network management, photography dan videography, IT support, dan lain sebagainya. PT Zivtech Indonesia ingin menyediakan customer service yang bertugas melayani pertanyaan pelanggan secara tepat dan cepat. Namun penggunaan customer service membutuhkan biaya operasi besar serta memiliki jam kerja yang terbatas. Selain itu, dalam waktu-waktu sibuk terkadang costumer service lambat dalam memberikan jawaban pertanyaan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut kami merancang aplikasi chatbot yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan costumer service terhadap pelanggan dan membantu menangani banyak pertanyaan pelanggan tanpa adanya keterbatasan waktu pada jam kerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini, aplikasi chatbot berhasil dilakukan yang dibuktikan dengan tidak adanya kesalahan setiap fungsional aplikasi berjalan dengan baik dan berhasil memberikan respon yang relevan dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.

ABSTRACT
PT Zivtech Indonesia is engaged in IT and service providers including servicesforcreating social media management, android development, websitedevelopment, network management, photography and videography, IT support, and so on. PT Zivtech Indonesia wants to provide customer service whose job is to answer customer questions accurately and quickly. However, the use of customer service requires large operating costs and has limited working hours. In addition, at times it is sometimes busy customer service is slow in providing answers to questions. Based on these problems, we designed a chatbot application that aims to improve customer service to customers and help handle many customer questions without any time limits during working hours. The results of this study, the chatbot application has been successfully carried out as evidenced by the absence of errors, each functional application runs well and succeeds in providing relevant responses and according to user needs.
