ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Kabupaten Biak Numfor memiliki potensi wisata alam dengan berbagai pantai yang indah serta potensi wisata sejarah yang baik yang dapat menjadi destinasi wisata. Permasalahan yang ada adalah banyaknya objek wisata yang belum dipublikasi dengan baik dan promosi yang belum optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang aplikasi promosi lokasi pariwisata yang informatif untuk objek wisata di Kabupaten Biak Numfor. Pada penelitian ini sistem akan dirancang berbasis mobile dengan teknologi web service agar aplikasi lebih dinamis dan up to date. Pengujian perangkat lunak pada penelitin ini menggunakan metode Black Box. Dari penilitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi yang informatif dan up to date yang memudahkan wisatawan mendapatkan informasi objek wisata.

ABSTRACT
This research is motivated by Biak Numfor District has natural tourism potential with a variety of beautiful beaches and good historical tourism potential that can become a tourist destination. The problem is the number of attractions that have not been published properly and promotions that have not been optimal. The purpose of this research is to design an informative tourism location promotion application for tourist attractions in Biak Numfor District. In this research the system will be designed mobile-based with web service technology so that applications are more dynamic and up to date. Testing the software on this research uses the Black Box method. This research produces an informative and up to date application that makes it easier for tourists to get tourist information.
