Perancangan Sistem Knowledge Management System pada PT Tri Satya Lancana Berbasis Web
ABSTRAK
Knowledge Management pada Perusahaan penyedia jasa layanan outsourcing adalah hal yang sangat penting karena dapat mempengaruhi dalam hal pengembangan dan kepercayaan dalam penyediaan jasa tenaga kerja outsourcing kedepannya. Adapun beberapa kelemahan PT Tri Satya Lancana yaitu belum diterapkannya sebuah aplikasi dalam pengelolaan tenaga kerja outsourcing, dimana sulitnya perusahaan pengguna jasa dalam melakukan permintaan tenaga kerja outsourcing sehingga lambatnya pembuatan kontrak kerjasama pengadaan outsourcing, perusahaan sulit dalam pengontrolan tenaga kerja di lapangan sehingga sering mengalami keterlambatan dalam melakukan backup tenaga kerja yang berdampak buruk dalam hal kepercayaan bagi perusahaan pengguna jasa, lambat dan sulitnya supervisor lapangan dalam penyampaian laporan absensi tenaga kerja outsourcing yang telah ditempatkan di perusahaan ke bagian administrasi kepegawaian sehingga penghitungan tagihan piutang gaji sering mengalami keterlambatan untuk disampaikan kepada pihak perusahaan pengguna jasa. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada dalam pengelolaan tenaga kerja outsourcing maka penulis akan merancang sebuah Knowledge Management System berbasis web yang dapat melakukan pengolahan data tenaga kerja outsourcing, sehingga dapat memudahkan supervisor lapangan melakukan laporan pengontrolan karyawan outsourcing yang nantinya dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan mendapatkan kepercayaan bagi pengguna jasa layanan.

ABSTRACT
Knowledge Management in outsourcing service providers is very important because it can affect the development and trust in the provision of outsourcing services in the future. As for some of the weaknesses of PT Tri Satya Lancana, namely that an application has not been implemented in the management of outsourcing workforce, where it is difficult for service user companies to request outsourcing labor so that it is slow in making outsourcing procurement cooperation contracts, the company is difficult to control labor in the field so that it often experiences delays in perform backups of workers that have a negative impact on trust for service user companies, slow and difficult field supervisors in submitting attendance reports for outsourcing workers who have been placed in the company to the personnel administration section so that the calculation of payroll receivables is often delayed to be submitted to the user company service. Based on the problems that exist in the management of outsourced workers, the authors will design a web-based Knowledge Management System that can perform data processing of outsourced workers, so that it can make it easier for field supervisors to report on controlling outsourced employees which can later improve performance and gain trust for service users.
