ABSTRAK
Gadget Care merupakan pusat servis ponsel yang memiliki customer yang cukup banyak. Sehari ponsel yang diperbaiki kurang lebih 200 ponsel terdiri dari berbagai macam kerusakan seperti mati total, LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) rusak, bootloop dan sebagainya. Di Gadget Care data kerusakan yang masuk sangat banyak. Teknisi masih menggunakan cara manual atau tulis tangan dalam memasukan data kerusakan, sehingga pengelolaan data kurang optimal. Banyaknya handphone yang akan di service belum lagi kerusakan ponsel tergolong berat dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk memeriksa sehingga hal ini dapat menghambat customer untuk mengetahui status ponsel yang dikerjakan oleh teknisi. Oleh karena itu dibuat sebuah aplikasi E-Service berbasis web menggunakan metode Bubble Sort. Aplikasi ini mampu membantu dalam mempermudah pembuatan laporan, dan mempercepat pengecekkan status pada Gadget Care.

ABSTRACT
Gadget Care is a mobile phone service center that has quite a lot of customers. A day, around 200 cellphones are repaired, consisting of various kinds of damage, such as totally dead, broken LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), bootloop and so on. In Gadget Care, there is a lot of damage data entered. Technicians still use manual or handwritten methods to enter damage data, so that data management is not optimal. The number of cellphones that will be serviced, not to mention the damage to the cellphone is quite heavy and takes a long time to check so that this can prevent the customer from knowing the status of the cellphone being done by the technician. Therefore, a web-based E-Service application was created using the Bubble Sort method. This application is able to assist in making it easier to make reports, and speed up checking the status on Gadget Care
